Hello! We're the Lowry's! A little over three years ago Michael gave his heart to Jesus and shortly after Kathy followed. Our life has not been the same since. In the past three years Michael has felt a strong calling to be in the mission field. He's not sure if God wants him in the United States mission field or in a foreign country, so we pray and wait patiently for God's will. Wherever God calls him, we will go! Last year our lives changed drastically. Our family, minus Justin, went on our first mission trip to Haiti. This was a very eye opening experience for us. In October, Kathy resigned from her job to stay at home and homeschool our children. Michael went on a mission trip to India in October. Throughout the year we have been involved in missions in the U.S. also. We want to obey God for he has commanded us to “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation." Mark 16:15
In May, Mike plans to go back to India while Kathy, Chelsea and Autumn are planning to go to Romania if that's where God wants us to go.
Michael and Kathy
Michael works for McLane Food Service. He is a wonderful husband and father who loves the Lord with all his heart. Kathy is now a stay at home mom who homeschools Chelsea and Autumn.
Justin
Ashleigh
Ashleigh is 19! She works for the YMCA in the childcare. She is also a small group leader for our Youth.
Chelsea
Chelsea is 15 and a sophomore. She loves children. Chelsea spent many hours playing with and caring for the babies in Haiti. She loves babysitting, helping with childcare at church, learning sign language and art.
Autumn
Autumn is 14 and in 8th grade. Autumn is a bit of a drama queen. She loves performing arts, being silly, making people laugh and mostly being the center of attention. It must have something to do with her being the baby. Autumn also plays soccer which she loves.
Please pray for our family as we go out and share the Gospel.
How will they preach unless they are sent? Just as it is written,
"HOW BEAUTIFUL ARE THE FEET OF THOSE WHO BRING GOOD NEWS OF GOOD THINGS!"
Romans 10:15
